With limited resources, you can’t afford to try them all.

I understand that struggle, I’ve felt it too.

After building my website on WordPress, I became frustrated with how many plugins I had installed. I’m not a coder, I don’t excel at it, and I need plugins to help me overcome this hurdle.

Sadly, not all plugins are created equal. Several of them even failed to deliver on what they were designed to do. How useless.

Heroic FAQs only has one flaw in my books

If you only own one website, it’s a bit pricey at $49 for the basic version. For entrepreneurs with more websites, the Professional version will allow for 3 installs for $69, while the Business version allows for 10 installs for $149.

Most themes cost around $49, making this an expensive plugin.

It does its job really well.

Price aside, I highly recommend Heroic FAQs if you manage a WordPress website and need to design and build a FAQ section.

This plugin provides a lot of utility, and unlike other plugins, it actually does what it advertises really well.

My Score
Based on my experience with the plugin, I give it a solid 8/10. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is because of the price.

Google still privileges longer posts, and higher-ranking articles usually have more words than those falling further down the rankings. However, make sure that the article is easily scannable by your readers. You can do that by using evocative headers that tell the full story. If your readers cannot get the gist of the article just by looking at the headers, you’re doing it wrong. Make sure that the headers are descriptive enough to give your readers at least a summary of what the article is about

Writing blog posts that rank well is truly a science. Understanding how search engines work and what they like can seem like a challenge, but is perfectly doable once you know what you’re doing. 5. Maintain a Consistent and Engaging Voice

Because most marketing teams produce long-form content in multiple sessions – as opposed to a single writing session – the end product often feels choppy. Make sure you’re prioritizing consistency in your voice and focus on seamless transitions in the copyediting process.

6. Move Past Shallow Content

Short-form content has value – in fact, social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram have made it relevant again – but from a larger digital marketing perspective, you have to move past “shallow” content and invest in long-form, information-rich content that generates leads and drives revenue.

How much do they really limit your reach?
Though worldwide internet access is increasing, it may not be as effective in connecting the world as we might think. English, as by far the most common lingua franca, or “bridge language”, is one of only 10 languages that the World Bank estimates comprise about eighty percent of all online content, English making up nearly two-thirds of that. So, is English-only content enough for the reach you’re looking for?

How many people actually understand English?
At an estimate, 21% of the worldwide population, both online and offline, understand English, this equates to about 26% of the online population – although half of all online content is in English. Basically, if you’re content is exclusively English, 76 percent of your potential reach is, ultimately, beyond your reach due to a language barrier.

The Aim of Your Content
Whether or not you should expand your language base is relative to the aim of your online content. If you run a local business, and your target market is primarily English speaking, it may not be worth the time and effort to translate your website. However, if you run an online company that sells overseas, a large proportion of your target market may not speak English. In this case, considering a translate option for your site may expand your market and increase international sales.

How do I translate my content?
Many web browsers, like Google Chrome, have a translate function built into the browser; however, these translators tend to translate word for word, which can be quite inaccurate as the grammar and syntax of different languages can be significantly different.
